Palletline appoints Carl Moore as CEO
Palletline has confirmed the appointment of Carl Moore as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Moore will officially take up the role on 1 July 2026, joining the business ahead of that date to support a smooth handover. He joins from Wincanton, where he served as Managing Director of e-fulfilment.
The appointment forms part of a planned leadership transition within the pallet network. Current CEO Graham Leitch will move into the role of Chairman following the completion of Forsyth Black’s term at the end of June.
Palletline said Moore’s experience in large-scale logistics and e-commerce operations would support the network’s ongoing growth strategy, which includes investment in hub capacity and technology to strengthen service levels for members and customers.
Moore said he was looking forward to working with Palletline’s members and central team to build on the network’s established position in the UK pallet sector.
The move signals continuity for the member-owned network as it enters its next phase of development.
