DVSA Calls on Drivers to Shape the Future of Driver CPC

The DVSA has launched a new Driver CPC survey and wants drivers, operators and training providers to speak up about what’s working, and what isn’t. The survey opened 16 February 2026 and runs until 2 March 2026, giving the industry a brief window to influence real change.

DVSA officials say the exercise is a “blank sheet of paper”, with no reforms pre‑decided. Feedback will help decide how Driver CPC should evolve, including how training is delivered and how renewal should work. Responses from previous DVSA surveys have shaped policy before — so this one genuinely matters.

Anyone involved in Driver CPC — drivers, operators, trainers — is encouraged to share their experiences on taking, arranging or delivering training. The DVSA says strong engagement will help improve the system for everyone.
