Become A Transport Manager
To become a Transport Manager on an Operator Licence issued by the Traffic Commissioner in the UK, you must pass an examination to obtain the Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers qualification in either Road Haulage (HGV) or Passenger Transport (PSV), depending on the type of operation you are to be involved with. Once you have received your qualification, you can apply to be nominated as a Transport Manager on a specific Operator Licence.
